Many of you are wondering why on earth Alfa chose to call a Saab 9000 (one of the safest 90s-Era Saabs ever) a 168 in some markets? Well, the answer is in the mere fact that if you read the number 164 in traditional Chinese, it translates to 'all the way to death' whereas 168 became 'all the way to prosperity. Kind of a moot point since Alfas were notorious for failing.
